Nov. 2000   Established M's Science Corporation, and licensed rights to SA4503 (Cutamesine) from Santen Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.
Apr. 2001   Started joint research program with Nagoya University on cancer treatment using a herpes simplex virus (HF10).
Apr. 2001   Received the Research Business Award on New Technology from Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN.
Jul. 2001   Relocated headquarters to Minatojima-Minamimachi, Chuo-ku Kobe (Port Island).
Oct. 2002   Started Phase I clinical study with SA4503 (Cutamesine) in The Netherlands.
Jul. 2003   Certified for Creative Technology Research & Development Business by the Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Feb. 2004   Completed Phase Ia clinical study of SA4503 (Cutamesine) in The Netherlands.
Jul. 2004   Licensed certain rights of SA4503 (Cutamesine) to USA-based AGY Therapeutics Inc.
Dec. 2005   Completed human PET study of SA4503 (Cutamesine) in The Netherlands.
Mar. 2006   Acquired AGY Therapeutics' Neuroregeneration Program in its entirety, including all intellectual property and SA4503 analogues. M's has exclusive rights to the wholemolecule of SA4503.
Sep. 2006   Completed Phase 1b clinical study of SA4503 (Cutamesine) in The Netherlands.
Aug. 2007   Phase 2a trial in Major Depression with SA4503 approved in Europe.
Nov. 2007   Phase 2a trial in Stroke with SA4503 approved in Europe.
Mar. 2008   Concluded option agreement for SA4503 with Eisai (priority review and negotiation right).
Sep. 2008   Completed Phase 2a trial in Major Depression with SA4503 in Europe.
Nov. 2008   Phase 1 trial in head and neck cancer with HF10 approved in the US.
Aug. 2009   Completed Phase 2a trial in Stroke with SA4503 in Europe
